Our Story
Before founding Noble Classic Homes, John Michaels balanced his passion for building with a full-time career in law enforcement. While serving with the Irving Police Department, he built and sold several custom homes and completed a variety of remodeling projects. In 1988, John made the pivotal decision to pursue his passion full-time, joining a remodeling company as a Project Manager. On September 1, 1998, John launched Noble Classic Homes and signed his first custom home in The Hills of Argyle. What began as a single build has grown into one of the most respected custom home builders in Denton County, with several hundred homes built.

Welcome to Noble Classic Homes, Noble is proudly one of the first custom home building companies in Argyle, Texas serving hundreds of satisfied families.
Noble Classic homes was founded by John Michaels in 1997, Who was formally a police officer for Irving Police Department. After years of serving the community honorably, he found his heart for homes. John started from the ground up learning the “ins and outs” of home building. John’s passion for community soon grew into Noble Classic Homes.
Noble Classic Homes offers you the opportunity to build your dream, a unique addition to you and your families needs. We strive to not only make the process as easy as possible for you, but also to pour into your home with our knowledge and expertises.
John has developed many areas in the Argyle area including The Hills of Argyle, Pilot Knob, and Argyle Town Square commercial buildings that consist of 5 office buildings including several suits. John also developed a beautiful family compound named Blue Moon Estates, including two estate homes, three guest homes, an entertainment barn, a cottage, a studio and a beautiful 5-acre pond. He loves the custom side of building and making the most efficient and peaceful place for you and your own.

Mandy will help you find the perfect lot for you and your family, while keeping in mind your desired price range, home qualities and location. Mandy stays in contact with you, attending your meetings and making sure you have everything you need! Mandy always has the right information, knows the process of home building like the back of her hand, and truly cares about your experience building your dream.
Our accountant team uses a program called builder trend; Builder trend is a system that allows our staff to load in every selection choice, bid and approval for every step. Once loaded, you sign off before anything happens, assuring no missed communication. Builder trend can be downloaded on your mobile device so it can be looked at anywhere. You will find that it is important to check in and builder trend makes the process seamless. We take pride in our process and how easy it can be.
Midtown architect, or any architect of your choice you will find the joy in every corner of your home and feel confident that all your space is being used efficiently. We believe in a home that brings function, comfort and beauty in your everyday lives. John and his team will guide you through every step of the way but also help you understand each aspect of the process, so you never have to wonder.
Our in-house designers will share their ideas, collect pictures, consult on design and select items as needed, travel to show rooms and appointments, as well as maintain budgets!
Noble Classic Homes offers for the first 2 years any systems are on warranty, no need to worry about scheduling and touching up! We are here for you! Our warranty manager covers all bases for you and makes sure that you home is top quality.
