Our proven process—Lot Selection, Design, Construction, Completion, and After Completion—keeps everything moving forward with transparency, quality, and attention to detail. At Noble Classic Homes our process is known to be efficient while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship. John and his team are very attentive to detail and know the ins and outs of the process so that you don’t have to worry about missing something or not having what you want.

Our clients come to us at different stages, you may already have your lot or you may not. Noble Classic Homes has the resources to help you start your project no matter where you are in the process. Our Director of sales, Mandy Miller knows this area very well and has been with Noble Classic Homes for a very long time. She is guaranteed to find the perfect lot for you and your family if needed. John and his team will make themselves available on weekends to accommodate your busy schedule because we know your time is valuable!. Once you’ve chosen your property, John Michaels will evaluate the site and collaborate with the client for the best place to put your home. Our goal is to position your home to capture the beautiful elevation while taking in the best views. If you are someone that is more private, we can do that also! The architect may be involved at this time as well.

During the design phase we will have an initial design meeting. This is an exciting time when the architect, John Michaels and you the client will have creative collaboration.
Our architect loves what he does and is very good at it! He has a series of questions he will ask you about how you’d like to live and where you want to be. Our goal is to use up every square foot of your home to make it flow and accommodate your lifestyle. We want your investment in your home to be able to last for generations! After discussing thoughts, John will redline the plans and keep making adjustments until your home is exactly how you like it!

At this point our in house designers will start making appointments for you to look at doors, appliances, and windows. The designer will go with you and collaborate ideas based on your style and esthetic. Since they have been designing our homes for years, their connections to vendors is outstanding. They also know the process like the back of their hand and love sharing their expertise.

During the home building process, we use a program called Buildertrend. Buildertrend allows you to have all of your important documents in one place. You can access your info any time on your phone or computer. Something that we love about buildertrend is that anything we get a bid for, you have to approve before any work is done. This assures us that you are in agreement with everything we do before doing it. It also assures that you are informed at every set of the way. You’ll become best friends with your builder and designer! We know that the process can get overwhelming at times, so we try to make it as easy as possible.

Once we get closer to closing, John and his team will walk through the house with you and make sure that you know everything you need to know regarding your new home. We will also provide you with a packet of important information regarding your new home, and a list of the vendors used guaranteeing you have all that you need!
